We do this through a 3 stage process:
We identify early stage technologies by leveraging early stage human technologies or through the identification of unique and innovative animal health and feeding technologies developed by entrepreneurs, scientists, and early stage innovators;
With experts on staff and key contacts in manufacturing, patent, trademark, marketing and global distribution, Integrated Animal health transforms these ideas and technologies into a fully commercializable product we can then scale to the market.
We then license these products to animal health and food companies globally, or place them into distribution. With top tier business and manufacturing connections throughout the world, Integrated Animal Health is the premier partner to bring innovative animal health products to life!
A little Bit About Us
We are both a development stage and commercial animal health company with a pipeline that has both depth and breadth. Many of the applications are non-therapeutic meaning a fast route to market. However our therapeutic products will follow traditional R&D to obtain approvals through the FDA, USDA, EPA and EMRA.
We have a global presence, beginning as an Australian company through the amalgamation of Mastitis Management Australia, Equine Ergogenics Australia and Veterinary Research Australia. Our global rollout began with our Equine Racing Supplements selling through distributors appointed in Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Cyprus, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In April, 2015 we announced our global headquarters based in Lawrence, Kansas, also known as “Farmacon Valley”, in the heart of the Animal Health Corridor. Our European rep office followed in Budapest Hungary, allowing full EU expansion.

Rob Neely, Founder and Executive Director
Rob grew up on a dairy farm, surrounded by cows and horses and his uncle was the last dairy farmer to hand deliver fresh milk in Victoria. As a 4 year old, his father put him on a pony with no saddle and gave the pony a gentle slap on the rear.
Rob held on for dear life, but was hooked.
He became a successful entrepreneur before he was 30, running a diversified group of entertainment centres and artist management including Kylie Minogue. His experience includes complex projects from rolling out Imax Theatre Chains to CEO & publisher on a newspaper business. His heart yearned to return to that wild ride he loved in childhood, and after an early “retirement,” he returned to business and grew a horse sales operation to over a hundred thoroughbreds/yr, which eventually led him to manufacturing the highest quality foods for them, a business he still owns.
Around 2008 he took a biotechnology destined for humans and transferred the technology to animal health. What he didn’t realize at the time, was that this was the beginning of moving antibiotics out of the animal health food chain. After privately funding 11 trials in different species, what followed led to the creation of Integrated Animal Health.
